We would like to invite you to apply for the open call for the 34th edition of The International Festival of Theatre Schools SETKÁNÍ/ENCOUNTER 2024, which will take place in Brno from 16th of April to the 20th of April 2024.
WHAT IS THE FESTIVAL SETKÁNÍ/ENCOUNTER?
SETKÁNÍ/ENCOUNTER is an international festival for theatre students and professionals with over 30 years of tradition. The uniqueness of the festival lies in the fact that it is mainly organised by the students of the Theatre Faculty at JAMU in Brno.
The initial idea of the festival arose from the need of the founders of SETKÁNÍ/ENCOUNTER to meet other professionals and theatre school students and to share their experiences and opinions. The festival is becoming more and more prestigious every year due to the participation of ensembles from theatre schools all over the world.
