Library

The Library JAMU serves primarily as a supporting facility for education, science and research at JAMU. The library provides the usual services: loans, information, reprographics, access to licenced electronic information resources, ILL; in addition to selected study literature, the study room also offers 38 study spots with Internet access (as well as Wi-Fi). As part of information education, it provides access to Citace.Pro and it cooperates with the faculties in the lending of music for students’ artistic activities. The library collection is composed to suit the accredited study programmes of the Faculty of Theatre and the Faculty of Music (dramatic arts, dance, music); it offers loans of books (including scripts, plays, fiction), music, magazines, CDs, DVDs and final theses. The library includes the Art Documentation Fund.

Operation of the JAMU Library during the summer holidays 12 July – 31 August 2021 CLOSED Expected start of operation from 1 September 2021 (operating hours Mon, Tue, Thu, Fri 9 am – 3 pm, Wed 9 am – 5 pm); this will be specified based on current situation.
